By Coach : Leave Victoria Coach Station and then walk to the hotel following the "By Foot" directions.

By Eurostar : From Waterloo Station take a Jubilee Line train on the London Underground. At Westminster change onto Circle or District line and continue to Victoria Station.

We stayed at Holly House Hotel earlier this year. The hotel was not very nice. It was extremely basic (the decor was really tatty!) and we had to wait for breakfast in the morning. But then again, what can you expect for the price? Booked it because it was the cheapest we could find and it does have a great location (right next to Victoria station), just don't expect much!
